The Dumbbell Shoulder Press is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Dumbbell Shoulder Press

  1. Sit or stand with dumbbells at shoulder height, palms facing forward, elbows at roughly 90 degrees.
  2. Press the dumbbells straight overhead until your arms are fully extended.
  3. Keep your core braced and avoid arching your lower back.
  4. Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height under control.
