How to do the Dumbbell Squat
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, dumbbells held at your sides or at shoulder height.
- Brace your core, then push your hips back and bend your knees to lower until thighs are parallel to the floor.
- Keep your chest up and knees tracking over your toes throughout.
- Drive through your heels to return to standing.
