The Dumbbell Step Ups is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Dumbbell Step Ups

  1. Stand facing a sturdy elevated surface, dumbbells at your sides.
  2. Place one foot fully on the surface and drive through that heel to step up.
  3. Stand fully upright at the top before lowering the trailing leg back down.
  4. Complete all reps on one side before switching, or alternate each rep.
