How to do the Elbow Circles

  1. Stand tall and place your fingertips on your shoulders, elbows pointing out.
  2. Draw large circles forward with both elbows simultaneously.
  3. Complete your reps, then reverse direction.
  4. Move at a slow, controlled pace — don't rush through the range.
