Elevated Back Lunge
The Elevated Back Lunge is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Elevated Back Lunge
- Place the barbell across your upper back, stand with your front foot on a stable elevated surface.
- Step your rear foot back into a lunge until your rear knee nearly touches the floor.
- Drive through your front heel to return to the start.
- Keep your front knee tracking over your second toe — don't let it cave inward.
