The Elliptical Trainer is a cardio movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Elliptical Trainer

  1. Step on the pedals, grip the moving handles, and set your desired resistance and incline.
  2. Push through a full stride, driving both legs and arms in a smooth, alternating motion.
  3. Maintain an upright posture — don't hunch over or lean into the handles.
  4. Keep your feet flat on the pedals and avoid bouncing at the top of each stride.
