How to do the Face Pull
- Set the cable at face height and attach a rope; grip with palms facing in.
- Pull the rope toward your forehead, driving elbows high and wide.
- Finish with hands beside your ears and forearms vertical—feel the external rotation.
- Don't let your torso rock back to help; keep your stance braced.
