Fast Skipping

Body only Quadriceps

The Fast Skipping is a plyometrics movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Fast Skipping

  1. Hold the handles loosely and stand tall with a slight forward lean.
  2. Drive the rope with your wrists, not your arms—keep elbow movement minimal.
  3. Land softly on the balls of your feet and keep jumps low.
  4. Maintain a fast, consistent rhythm; prioritize turnover rate over jump height.
