How to do the Frankenstein Squat

  1. Rest the bar across your front delts and extend both arms straight out in front.
  2. Keep your elbows high and torso as upright as possible.
  3. Squat to parallel or below, driving your knees out over your toes.
  4. Stand by pushing the floor away—do not let the bar roll forward.
