How to do the Freehand Jump Squat

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms relaxed at your sides.
  2. Drop into a squat, then explode upward as hard as possible.
  3. Swing your arms to aid lift and reach full extension at the top.
  4. Land softly with bent knees, absorbing the impact before the next rep.
