The Front Barbell Squat is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Front Barbell Squat

  1. Rack the bar on your front delts with elbows high and parallel to the floor.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly out.
  3. Squat until your thighs reach parallel or below, keeping your torso upright.
  4. Drive through your heels to stand—do not let your elbows drop.
