The Front Cone Hops (or hurdle hops) is a plyometrics movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Front Cone Hops (or hurdle hops)

  1. Set cones or low hurdles in a straight line with even spacing.
  2. Stand facing the first obstacle, feet hip-width apart.
  3. Jump forward over each obstacle, landing softly on the balls of your feet with knees slightly bent.
  4. Minimize ground contact time and keep your torso upright throughout.
