How to do the Front Dumbbell Raise

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, dumbbell in one hand at your thigh, palm facing down.
  2. Raise the arm straight in front of you to shoulder height.
  3. Keep a slight bend in the elbow and don't swing your torso.
  4. Lower under control back to the start.
