How to do the Front Incline Dumbbell Raise

  1. Set an incline bench to 45–60 degrees and lie face-down with dumbbells hanging in front.
  2. Raise both arms straight forward until they reach shoulder height.
  3. Keep your chest against the pad and avoid shrugging your shoulders.
  4. Lower slowly back to the starting position.
