How to do the Front Squat (Clean Grip)
- Position the bar at shoulder height, step under it, and rest it across the front of your shoulders in the clean rack position — elbows high, upper arms parallel to the floor.
- Unrack and stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Squat to depth keeping your elbows up and your torso as vertical as possible.
- Drive through your heels to stand without letting your elbows drop.
