How to do the Front Two-Dumbbell Raise

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, a dumbbell in each hand at your sides, palms facing down.
  2. Raise both dumbbells simultaneously straight in front of you to shoulder height.
  3. Keep a slight bend in your elbows and brace your core to avoid leaning back.
  4. Lower both arms under control back to the starting position.
