- Hold the kettlebell vertically at chest height with both hands cupped around the bell.
- Stand feet shoulder-width apart, toes turned out slightly.
- Squat down keeping your elbows inside your knees and chest tall.
- Drive through your heels to stand, squeezing your glutes at the top.
