How to do the Hack Squat
- Position your shoulders under the pads and feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
- Unlock the safeties, then lower until your thighs reach parallel or below.
- Keep your lower back pressed against the pad and knees tracking over your toes.
- Drive through your full foot to extend — don't lock your knees aggressively at the top.
