How to do the Hang Clean
- Stand with the bar at hip height, hips hinged back, knees slightly bent, and lats engaged.
- Explosively extend your hips and knees to drive the bar upward.
- Pull yourself under the bar and receive it in a front rack position with elbows high.
- Stand to full extension before lowering the bar back to the hang.
