The Heaving Snatch Balance is a olympic weightlifting movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Heaving Snatch Balance

  1. Hold the bar on your back with a wide snatch grip, feet set in your receiving stance.
  2. Dip the knees slightly, then press hard against the bar as you drop under it.
  3. Lock out the bar overhead and land in a stable overhead squat position.
  4. Stand to full extension before re-racking.
