How to do the Intermediate Hip Flexor and Quad Stretch

  1. Take a long lunge step forward and lower your back knee to the floor.
  2. Shift your hips forward until you feel a stretch at the front of the trailing hip.
  3. Reach back with the same-side hand and pull your trailing foot toward your glute.
  4. Keep your torso upright — don't lean forward or arch excessively.
