How to do the Internal Rotation with Band
- Anchor the band at elbow height and stand sideways to it, holding with your near hand.
- Bend your elbow to 90 degrees and pin it against your side.
- Rotate your forearm inward across your body against the band's resistance.
- Control the return — don't let the band snap your arm back.
