How to do the Jefferson Squats
- Straddle the barbell with one foot forward and one back, toes angled out, bar centered under your hips.
- Grip the bar between your legs with one hand in front and one behind.
- Squat down keeping your chest up and both knees tracking over their respective toes.
- Drive through both heels to stand, keeping the bar centered and your torso as upright as possible.
