How to do the Jerk Balance
- Start with the bar in the jerk rack position on your shoulders, feet together.
- Dip and drive, then step your front foot forward into a split as you press the bar overhead.
- Receive with arms fully locked, front shin vertical, and rear knee slightly bent.
- Recover by stepping feet back together while keeping the bar locked out overhead.
