The Jerk Dip Squat is a olympic weightlifting movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Jerk Dip Squat

  1. Stand with the bar in the jerk rack position, feet hip-width, toes slightly out.
  2. Dip straight down by bending the knees — keep your torso vertical and heels flat.
  3. Drive explosively back to full extension, resisting any forward lean.
  4. The dip should be shallow and fast; don't let the bar bounce off your shoulders.
