The Jogging, Treadmill is a cardio movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Jogging, Treadmill

  1. Set your speed, straddle the belt, then step on once it's moving.
  2. Run tall with a slight forward lean from the ankles, not the waist.
  3. Strike the ground beneath your hips with a midfoot landing.
  4. Keep arms bent at 90 degrees, driving them forward and back — not across your body.
