How to do the Kettlebell Arnold Press

  1. Clean two kettlebells to shoulder height with palms facing you.
  2. Press overhead while rotating your palms to face forward at full extension.
  3. Reverse the rotation as you lower back to the starting position.
  4. Brace your core and avoid arching your lower back as the bells reach lockout.
