Kettlebell Seesaw Press

Kettlebells Shoulders

The Kettlebell Seesaw Press is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Kettlebell Seesaw Press

  1. Hold a bell in each hand at rack position, feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Press one bell overhead as the other lowers back to rack, alternating in a fluid rhythm.
  3. Keep both elbows tracking forward — don't let them flare wide.
  4. Maintain tension in the lowering arm; don't let it go slack between reps.
