How to do the Kettlebell Turkish Get-Up (Lunge style)
- Lie on your back, press the bell overhead with one arm locked out, and keep your eyes on it throughout.
- Roll up to your elbow then your hand, then sweep the opposite leg back into a lunge position.
- Stand from the lunge, then reverse every step in sequence to return to the floor.
- The arm stays vertical and locked at every stage — if the bell drifts, stop and reset.
