How to do the Knee Across The Body

  1. Lie on your back, draw one knee to your chest, then pull it across your body toward the opposite shoulder.
  2. Keep your shoulders flat against the floor throughout the stretch.
  3. Hold the end position for the prescribed time, breathing steadily.
