How to do the Kneeling Squat

  1. Kneel with a barbell across your upper back and knees hip-width apart.
  2. Sit your hips back and down toward your heels while keeping your torso upright.
  3. Drive through your knees to press back to the starting position.
  4. Brace your core and keep your spine neutral throughout.
