The Leg Extensions is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Leg Extensions

  1. Sit with your back flat against the pad and shins behind the roller.
  2. Extend both legs to full lockout in a controlled arc.
  3. Pause briefly at the top, then lower slowly under control.
  4. Keep your hips down — don't let your glutes rise off the seat.
