The Leg Lift is a strength movement that targets your glutes. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Leg Lift

  1. Lie face down with legs straight and hands flat under your hips for support.
  2. Squeeze your glutes and lift one or both legs off the floor.
  3. Hold briefly at the top, then lower without letting your feet drop.
  4. Keep your core braced so your lower back doesn't arch excessively.
