The Leg Press is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Leg Press

  1. Place feet shoulder-width apart on the platform with toes pointed slightly out.
  2. Lower the sled until your knees reach roughly 90 degrees.
  3. Press through your heels to full extension without locking out hard.
  4. Keep your lower back flat against the pad throughout.
