The Leverage Shoulder Press is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Leverage Shoulder Press

  1. Adjust the seat so the handles start at shoulder height.
  2. Press straight up to near full extension without shrugging your traps.
  3. Lower the handles back to shoulder height under control.
  4. Keep your lower back against the pad — don't arch to grind out reps.
