Linear Depth Jump
The Linear Depth Jump is a plyometrics movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Linear Depth Jump
- Stand at the edge of the box and step off — do not jump off.
- Land on both feet simultaneously with knees slightly bent to absorb impact.
- Explode upward as fast as possible, minimizing the time your feet are in contact with the ground.
- Land the jump with soft knees and reset fully before the next rep.
