Log Lift
The Log Lift is a strongman movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Log Lift
- Stand over the log with feet shoulder-width apart and grip the neutral handles.
- Lap the log to your hips, then clean it to your chest in one continuous motion.
- Dip slightly under the log and drive it overhead to full lockout.
- Keep your elbows up and core braced through the clean.
