Low Pulley Row To Neck

Cable Shoulders

The Low Pulley Row To Neck is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Low Pulley Row To Neck

  1. Set the cable to the lowest position, stand facing the stack, and grip the bar with an overhand grip.
  2. Pull the bar up toward your chin, flaring your elbows out and up as you row.
  3. Keep your elbows higher than your wrists at the top of every rep.
  4. Lower the bar under control back to the start without letting your shoulders round forward.
