How to do the Lower Back-SMR
- Place the foam roller horizontally under your lower back, just above the hips.
- Support your weight through your forearms and slowly roll between your hips and the bottom of your rib cage.
- Pause on any tender spots for 20–30 seconds before continuing.
- Keep your glutes relaxed to allow deeper tissue release.
