The Lunge Sprint is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Lunge Sprint

  1. Set up in a split stance on the machine with your front foot centered on the platform.
  2. Drive explosively through your front foot to extend the leg.
  3. Return under control and repeat for reps before switching legs.
  4. Keep your torso upright and avoid letting your front knee cave inward.
