Lying Glute
The Lying Glute is a stretching movement that targets your glutes. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Lying Glute
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Cross one ankle over the opposite knee to form a figure-four.
- Pull the uncrossed leg toward your chest until you feel the stretch in the crossed-leg glute.
- Hold steady; don't let your lower back arch off the floor.
