The Lying Machine Squat is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Lying Machine Squat

  1. Position yourself on the machine with your back flat against the pad and feet shoulder-width on the platform.
  2. Release the safety and lower by bending at the hips and knees until thighs are parallel or below.
  3. Drive through the full foot to extend back to the start.
  4. Keep knees tracking over toes and don't let them cave inward.
