Lying Rear Delt Raise
The Lying Rear Delt Raise is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Lying Rear Delt Raise
- Lie face-down on a bench set to a low incline, a dumbbell in each hand hanging below the bench.
- Raise both arms out to the sides with a slight bend at the elbow, leading with the elbows.
- Lift until your arms are roughly parallel to the floor.
- Lower under control; don't use momentum or shrug your traps to complete the rep.
