Mountain Climbers
The Mountain Climbers is a plyometrics movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Mountain Climbers
- Start in a high plank with your hands under your shoulders and your body in a straight line.
- Drive one knee toward your chest, then immediately switch legs in an alternating rhythm.
- Keep your hips level — don't pike up or let them sag.
- Brace your core and keep your shoulders stacked over your wrists throughout.
