The Narrow Stance Leg Press is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Narrow Stance Leg Press

  1. Place feet close together and centered on the platform, toes slightly out.
  2. Lower the weight until your knees approach 90 degrees without your lower back rounding off the pad.
  3. Press through your heels to near full extension without slamming the knees out.
  4. Keep constant quad tension — don't let the weight rest at the top between reps.
