- Set the bar on your upper traps with feet closer than shoulder-width and toes slightly out.
- Brace your core and keep your torso as upright as possible throughout the descent.
- Squat to at least parallel with knees tracking over your feet.
- Drive through your heels back to standing, maintaining quad tension the whole way up.
