How to do the On Your Side Quad Stretch

  1. Lie on your side with your body in a straight line.
  2. Bend your top knee and grasp your ankle, pulling your heel toward your glute.
  3. Keep your knees together and your hips stacked to isolate the quad.
  4. Hold, then roll over and repeat on the other side.
