How to do the One-Arm Incline Lateral Raise

  1. Lie on your side on an incline bench set to roughly 45 degrees, holding a dumbbell in your top hand.
  2. Keep a slight bend in your elbow and raise the dumbbell directly out to the side.
  3. Stop when your arm is parallel to the floor — do not shrug.
  4. Lower slowly and repeat before switching sides.
