How to do the One-Arm Kettlebell Jerk
- Start with the kettlebell in the rack position at your shoulder.
- Dip by bending your knees slightly, then explosively extend your legs to drive the bell overhead.
- Drop under the bell and lock out your arm at the top in a partial squat.
- Stand fully upright to complete the rep before lowering back to rack.
