How to do the One-Arm Kettlebell Push Press

  1. Clean the kettlebell to rack position with elbow tucked close to your body.
  2. Dip slightly at the knees, then drive through your legs to initiate the press.
  3. Lock the bell out overhead with your arm fully extended and bicep by your ear.
  4. Keep your core braced and avoid excessive lumbar extension at the top.
